Private Educators
Private educators are individuals with child-care related experience and robust tutoring, subject-specific expertise, or primary and secondary teaching or education backgrounds. These individuals can provide either private educator support to your child or fill a dual role of both nanny and private educator.

Based on 10% of the private educator/nanny’s anticipated gross wage for one year ($1,500 minimum). *This fee is one-time only and is due upon the private educator/nanny’s start date with the family — after CPN has helped compose the professional work agreement for the family and after CPN has provided the full dossier of all of the candidate’s background checks, immunizations, screens, and verifications — a key difference in the quality and clarity CPN provides versus other agencies. |

*Client still expected to pay their Private Educator/Nanny the temp Private Educator/Nanny hourly rate for their vacation/sick instances.
CPN performs exhaustive due diligence to be sure that we are selecting the right fit from the very beginning. It is a rare event that a Private Educator/Nanny does not work out within those first few months. But, just in case, we offer a replacement period with credits of the placement fee paid up to that point.
