Household Managers are driven, proactive, and dynamic individuals who adeptly juggle a variety of household and directorial responsibilities. These individuals may manage household/personal errands, meal planning/grocery shopping/meal preparation, scheduling, bookkeeping, overseeing other household staff, event/party planning, household organization, light-housekeeping, and pet care, as well as assist with a family’s business. In many cases, families specifically seek individuals to act as both Nanny and Household Manager.

|Typical Salary||$30-$40+ / Hour
(depending on experience and scope of duties/responsibilities)
|Commitment||All candidates will be willing to commit to a minimum of 1 year
We only provide candidates for you that are willing to guarantee a 1-year commitment minimum to families.
|Initial Registration Fee||$200 (non-refundable, deducted from the final placement fee)|
|Final Placement Fee||Based on 10% of the household manager’s anticipated gross wage for one year ($1,500 minimum).
*This fee is one-time only and is due upon the household manager’s start date with the family — after CPN has helped compose the professional work agreement for the family and after CPN has provided the full dossier of all of the candidate’s background checks, immunizations, screens, and verifications — a key difference in the quality and clarity CPN provides versus other agencies.

|Documentation Dossier||Family receives package of all household manager screening and verification documents upon selection and hiring|
|Work Agreement||CPN assists family with drafting the Professional Work Agreement tailored to the position.|
|Ongoing Support||CPN stays connected as a support agent — providing consultation and guidance for the life of your engagement.|
|Back-up Care||1 Year of complimentary temp. household manager placement to fill in during your new household manager’s vacation or sick days*|
*Client still expected to pay their Household Manager the temp Household Manager hourly rate for their vacation/sick instances.
CPN performs exhaustive due diligence to be sure that we are selecting the right fit from the very beginning. It is a rare event that a Household Manager does not work out within those first few months. But, just in case, we offer a replacement period with credits of the placement fee paid up to that point.

a replacement household manager is needed…
|Within 90 days||100% Credit of the final placement fee paid to the agency|
|Within 91-150 days||50% Credit of the final placement fee paid to the agency|
|Within 151-210 days||25% Credit of the final placement fee paid to the agency|
