How long does it take to find a nanny?

The search for the perfect nanny is unique for every family. Contact Capitol Park Nannies as soon as you have an interest in hiring a nanny to speed up the nanny job placement process. Some families hire the first nanny they meet. Other families hire after interviewing several candidates. The average search time from start to finish is approximately two to six weeks, while some searches may take less time and others more based on complexity of the family’s needs and availability of candidates superbly suited to the family and role.

What do you mean by "professional" nannies?

Professional means a higher degree of quality for Capitol Park Nannies.  While many other agencies and services claim extensive years of experience for the nannies they offer as candidates, that experience is often largely made up of non-professional experience such as babysitting. Not our nannies. We do not provide any candidates that do not have a minimum tenure in professional childcare field experience such as education, teaching, nursing, and professional-only nanny and au pair positions. We do not include non-professional experience such as babysitting in our candidate requirements, nor claim inflated experience requirements for non-professional, unregulated experience, or any other experience that lacks industry standards for childcare quality. Our transparency and higher standards around professional experience ensure only the most professional and skilled candidates available are presented to you.

Does Capitol Park Nannies only service Sacramento?

Capitol Park Nannies is headquartered in Sacramento, but has offices in surrounding areas including our Roseville location.  We provide nanny job placement services across surrounding areas of the capitol city including Woodland, Davis, Elk Grove, Folsom, El Dorado Hills, Roseville, Granite Bay and the Foothills; but our service area extends well outside the Sacramento area and throughout Northern California.

How do you find your nannies?
