Dedicated and Loving Nanny Needed for Toddler and Baby Full Time Near Land Park (Job ID #1547372)

Seeking a nurturing and dedicated nanny to work full time for a wonderful family of four in South Land Park. They are in need of a nanny who is experienced working with a toddler and a baby at the same time. The nanny will need to be able to work autonomously and be able to balance the very different needs of a 2.5 year old and a 7 month old at the same time. The family highly values gentle parenting techniques, emphasizing kindness and mutual respect in all interactions with the children. Dad works outside of the home full time. mom works from home in a separate unit in the back and rarely will come inside as she wants the nanny and children to be able to have a good flow throughout the day, without interruptions.

There are cameras in the home and a pool in the backyard with a secure fence around it. The family also has two cats, no care will be required for them though. There will be no household duties other than tidying up after the children throughout the day and possibly help with children's laundry if time permits.

The ideal candidate will create a stimulating and safe environment, engaging the children in age-appropriate activities and outings to local places such as the zoo, train museum, walks to parks, arts and crafts, and reading. The nanny will need a safe and reliable vehicle with proof of full coverage insurance. The family will provide car seats, mileage reimbursement, and occasional cleanings.  Having steady energy levels and a passion for childcare is important here. They are hoping to find a nanny that can stay with them for years to come so career nannies will be prioritized for this position.
