This Land Park family is seeking a part-time nanny for their two adorable toddlers.

Their 3-year-old old is quite engaging and enjoys playing pretend, reading books, and talking. Their 1-year-old is very cheerful and active but is also able to entertain herself. The whole family spends a lot of time outside, so they would like their nanny to enjoy the outdoors as well.

Mom works from home and on-site, and Dad is at home. Both may be present during the day and may sometimes be available to assist with meal preparation and nap time. The family also has two cats, so they need someone who likes animals. They would prefer a nanny who can swim as well.

Mom and Dad would like their nanny to become an integral part of the family, so they require a 1-year commitment with the option to extend. Communication is key for these parents, as is building a strong, positive relationship with their nanny.
