Personal Assistant Needed In Land Park area of Sacramento, CA. Successful Entrepreneur seeks an experienced and responsible full-time personal assistant to help manage general day-to-day function of the family home office. Must be able to work closely with the him as well as other Household staff.

Qualities and requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years’ experience
• 4 year degree a plus
• Ability to “go with the flow” as each day may be different.
• Impeccable references required, particularly with respect to confidentiality, loyalty and discretion
• Proactive
• Positive attitude
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Managing professional and personal calendar (must have previous experience)
• Booking travel and restaurant reservations
• Party planning, event planning
• Managing Household staff
• Light meal prep (family has a chef)
• Maintaining vehicles
• Online purchases/returns, managing personal and business appointments
• Keeping the personal space/home organized
• Running business and/or personal errands as directed
• Drafting correspondences and e-mails
• Screening phone calls and mail
• Driving to and from the airport
• Taking care of the family dogs, walking, feeding and taking to and from doggie day care
