This Arden-Arcade family seeks a full-time nanny and family assistant for their three sons. Mom has a variable work schedule, so the hours for this position will not be set. However, she knows her schedule several months in advance, so their nanny will know the schedule in advance as well. Mom and Dad need their nanny to be available between the hours of 7:30am and 5:30pm. They can guarantee 40 hours each week.

This position will require a lot of driving, so their nanny needs to be comfortable in the car. Also, there will be teamwork with Mom when it comes to pick up and dropping off children at their various events, so their nanny needs to be a great communicator. When the older children are in school, their nanny will care for the youngest and act in a family assistant capacity, which includes organizing the children’s rooms, doing laundry, running errands, and planning and preparing meals. When all the children are home, Mom and Dad would like their nanny to be very engaged with the boys and also assist them with homework.

Mom and Dad are looking to make a solid connection, so they request a 1-year commitment.
