This East Sacramento family is looking for a full-time nanny for their infant daughter. Their ideal person would be calm, decisive, engaging, and excited to spend time with their child. In addition to their daughter, Mom and Dad have a dog and a cat, so they also need someone who is an animal lover.

Their daughter’s personality is still developing, but she’s a generally calm baby. However, they would like assistance establishing a sleep schedule for her. In the future, Mom and Dad would like their nanny to provide educational learning and games and possibly drive their child to and from activities. They would also appreciate their nanny taking their dog on walks. There will be light housekeeping involved, but only as it relates to the baby.

At present, Dad works from home. One of the family’s bedrooms has been turned into an office, so he will be there during their nanny’s shift. Mom and Dad have very busy, so they are looking for someone who can integrate into their family and provide a schedule and routine for their daughter.

Mom and Dad hope to build a strong relationship and foundation, so they require a 1-year commitment. They are also offering a health insurance stipend and additional paid vacation days when the family takes vacation.
