This active family is seeking a highly experienced Personal Assistant/Household Manager to help facilitate their hustle-and-bustle lifestyle! Their ideal candidate is dynamic, self-motivated, amiable, detail-oriented, extremely organized, and an excellent communicator. The PA/HM will be expected to perform well autonomously, while still effectively communicating with the employer and various other professionals in their multi-staffed home. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: comprehensive calendar/schedule management, completing/coordinating master to-do lists, overseeing other household professionals (childcare-related, service persons, bookkeepers, etc.), acting as a liaison, overseeing pet care, planning/executing events, sorting/preparing mail/returns, troubleshooting technical emergencies, arranging travel plans/itineraries, organizing photos/videos/artwork, purchasing/wrapping gifts, conducting research upon request, and more. Professional experience in a similar role, along with a minimum one-year commitment guarantee, are required for this position.
