This laid back family is seeking a professional long-term nanny for their two children. The mom owns a preschool and is looking for a nanny that is warm, knowledgeable and schedule orientated. They are currently working on getting the infant on a schedule and the oldest child is with the family every other week. A typical day will include preparing meals/bottles for the children, engaging the children with play-based learning activities, reading, enjoying a nature walk or stroll to the nearby park, and performing child-related light-housekeeping and help with laundry if time permits. Once trust has been thoroughly established and the infant is a bit older, the nanny will be welcome to drive the children for fun outings. Please note that the nanny will need to be comfortable around dogs as this family has one, very loving, dog. A one year commitment is required. This family would like to start interviewing ASAP.
