This busy El Macero family is seeking a full-time, flexible nanny for their four children. Mom and Dad’s schedules are variable, so they will need someone who can work with that variability. This position is guaranteed 40 hours per week, and there is the possibility they may need their nanny on Fridays as well. Mom and Dad will send their nanny their work schedules each Sunday in preparation for the week.

Their oldest daughter is very independent but also helpful with the younger children. Their second daughter is full of life and loves reading. Their older son loves learning about animals and enjoys sharing his knowledge with others. And their youngest is happy to be involved with his older siblings and is learning potty-training.

Their ideal candidate will be flexible, safety conscious, and dependable. They would also like someone who is tech savvy as the children may be in hybrid school next year. Also, they’d prefer an animal lover since they may be getting a dog in the future. Their nanny must be able to swim, and Mom and Dad would prefer someone who can speak Spanish and teach it to the children.

In addition to childcare, Mom and Dad ask that their nanny transport the children to and from school and activities. The family will provide the vehicle. They also would like their nanny to be involved with light housekeeping such as tidying, dishes, and laundry.

Mom and Dad are looking to make a real connection and incorporate their nanny into their family, so they require a 2-year commitment.
