Wonderful close family friends and business partners seek a full-time nanny and family assistant to share between households. Their ideal nanny would be firm but loving and understanding as well as high energy and a self-starter. They also require a nanny who can swim. These families live close to each other and can guarantee 40 hours a week.

A typical day would start at the home of family 2 (6:45 am to 9:00 am) getting the two children ready for school and transporting them. Nanny will then go to the home of family 1 (9 am to 3 pm) to care for their 3-year-old son. The day will end back at the home of family 2 (3 pm to 5 pm) providing afterschool care for their two children. It will be very rare that the nanny will care for all five children at the same time. The families do require occasional overnight care and a nanny that is open to traveling with families is a bonus. Mom and Dad for family 2 work outside the home and the mom for family 1 works from home.

The families need their nanny to transport their children to and from school and activities, and they will provide the vehicle. In addition, they request light housekeeping and errands when children are not home.

The families are looking to establish a long-term relationship, so they require at least a 1-year commitment and are hoping to extend longer. They are also offering a healthcare stipend.
