This El Dorado Hills family is seeking a full-time nanny and family assistant for their busy crew. Their ideal nanny is energetic and playful but organized and able to stick to a schedule. In the summer, all the children will be at home and the position will involve more nannying. During the fall, all three children will be in school. The youngest will attend for at least 4 hours each day, so there will be more family assistant work during that time.

Their older son is high-energy and caring. Their younger son is smart and funny, and their baby girl is silly and loves to try to keep up with her brothers. As a family, they enjoy outdoor activities. In addition to school, the children are very involved in extracurricular activities.

The family assistant duties would include laundry, meal prep, plant care, shopping, and providing transportation. At present, Mom works from home, but this is likely temporary. She has an office that is away from the main portion of the house and will provide her nanny/family assistant plenty of space and autonomy. Dad works outside the home. The family also has one cat.

Mom and Dad are looking to make a solid connection with their nanny, so they require a 1-year commitment.
