Family relocating from the Bay Area in need of a Full-Time nanny in Davis starting March 6th, M-F Hours are typically 8am-4pm with Wednesdays being a longer day 6/7am-5/6pm. Occasional Overnights and Saturdays needed when parents are traveling for work. The home has a separate guest suite for the nanny. Family is open to someone living there during the week as well as a live-out nanny. The children are 3 years and 7 months old. Older child will be attending preschool 3 mornings a week. The children love being outside and will be living next to bike trails and nature so a nanny that loves being outside is very important. The older child has a lot of energy so being able to keep up with him is important as well. Family has had their current nanny since the birth of their first child and she is very a much a part of their family. They are seeking this in their new nanny. They are also seeking someone with open communication, safety and health conscious. Mom works from home 4 days a week. She has a very separate space and has to be focused while working. She aware of potentially disrupting the children’s day if she is in and out so she stays conscious of their routine. The children are the main priority, very little housework required. Spanish speaking a plus! Family provides a vehicle for the nanny to use while on duty. Family provides employment benefits including health care. Pay is $18-$22 per hour DOE. Long term commitment desired.
