These devoted parents are seeking a long-term part-time professional nanny for their sweet infant. Their ideal candidate is engaging, proactive, patient, and safety-conscious. A typical day will include preparing bottles/meals for the child, engaging the child with various developmentally-appropriate activities, playing music, reading, enjoying a walk when the child is a little older, swimming in the summertime, performing light-housekeeping, and doing light dinner prep for the family if there’s downtime. No screen time will be allowed. Once trust has been thoroughly established, the nanny will be welcome to drive the child for fun outings and activities. It’s important that the nanny love dogs, since this family has four fur-babies that would appreciate a little extra TLC! However, a professional dog walker will take the dogs for a walk to wear them out each day. The father will be home Tuesday through Thursday, but he will be busy working in a separate office. The nanny will be working alongside the mother on Mondays for one week before she returns to work and then every Monday for a couple hours once the mother returns home from work. The nanny must have extensive professional experience with infant care. A one-year commitment is required, but the parents are seeking someone more long-term that will become a trusted extension of their family.
