This close-knit, easy going family is seeking a part-time professional nanny on a long-term basis for their their young toddler. Their ideal candidate is energetic, patient, nurturing, and flexible. A typical day will include preparing meals for the child, engaging the child with play-based learning activities, reading, enjoying a nature walk or stroll to the nearby park, maintaining a daily log of activities/notes, and performing child-related light-housekeeping. This family’s little one loves to climb and explore! Once trust has been thoroughly established, the nanny will be welcome to drive the child for fun outings. Please note that the nanny will need to be comfortable around large dogs, since this family has two friendly Boxers. The nanny will preferably be open to providing care for date nights and one Sunday per month (notice for the Sunday will be provided 30-days in advance). A one-year commitment is required, but the parents are seeking someone more long-term that will become a trusted extension of their family. This family would like to hire ASAP.
