A warm and welcoming Fair Oaks family is looking for a kind, detail-oriented family assistant to become a steady support in their household. This is the perfect fit for someone who loves variety — a mix of household management and childcare for two kind, creative kids who will absolutely steal your heart.
About the Family
This down-to-earth family of four has built a happy, lively home filled with imagination and activity. Their daughter (9) loves reading, theater, unicorns, and sweet treats — she’s bright, thoughtful, and independent. She has Type 1 diabetes and celiac disease, so her caregiver must be attentive, responsible, and willing to learn how to manage her care with confidence (full training provided).
Their son (5) is silly, energetic, and loves cars, Legos, and keeping up with his big sister. Both kids are in school during the day, which makes this role ideal for someone who enjoys balancing solo household time with moments of connection and play.
Mom and Dad both work — Dad works primarily from home with occasional office days, and Mom works from home 2–3 days a week. They’re organized but easygoing, and they truly value open communication, collaboration, and calm energy.
