A warm and active family in East Sacramento is searching for a nurturing and dedicated full-time nanny to care for their young toddler and baby. The ideal nanny will be playful, engaging, and experienced with balancing the needs of a toddler and an infant together. The family values a loving approach and gentle parenting style, emphasizing positive reinforcement and playful learning while still maintaining healthy boundaries. The family would also love for the nanny to be able to incorporate learning and education both through play and some planned age appropriate activities.
Their baby, who is bottle-fed, will need regular naps, bottle feedings, and age appropriate activities such a tummy time, reading, singing, etc. Their toddler enjoys outdoor activities, like riding a bike or playing with sensory sand, trucks, and animals. The family hopes to find a nanny who can actively engage in these activities, fostering curiosity and joy for play. A nanny who is willing to play on the floor and get silly with their children would be the perfect fit.
The nanny will also handle light household tasks related to the children, such as tidying up their play areas, doing their laundry, and sanitizing bottles. The family is open to the nanny taking the children to local events like story time at the library or visits to the zoo when their infant is a bit older. The nanny will need their own car.
Additionally, the family has two large, friendly dogs, so the nanny must be comfortable with pets. They are also open to the nanny traveling with them on a rare occasion, like to Tahoe, but it is not required.
Please note the family prefers to hire a nanny for a part time schedule, any two weekdays. However, they are open to full time hours for the right candidate.
