Busy El Dorado Hills Family Seeking Warm and Education Forward Nanny for Their Three Children (Job ID#2459394)
Description

This hardworking family juggles multiple businesses and is seeking a dedicated, long-term nanny to care for their three children.  Their oldest will be in school the majority of the time and therefore the majority of the care will be for the two youngest. They value someone proactive, dependable, and kind, who treats children with respect and creates a safe, structured, and fun environment. The ideal candidate will be knowledgable about childhood development, organized, and passionate about play-based learning. A positive attitude, flexibility for occasional late work or date nights, and comfort in a dog-friendly home are important qualities for this role. The family would love for their nanny to manage and control all aspects of planned play (scheduling, supply organization, etc.).

As a key member of the household, the nanny will help plan and lead engaging activities for the children, manage snacks and meals, and assist with light household tasks to keep the day running smoothly. The family is open to nanny driving their children to age appropriate local activities. The nanny will need their own reliable vehicle with full coverage insurance. The family will provide mileage reimbursements.

This family is also offering a live in option if nanny is interested. The living space would include a private bathroom, living room, and kitchenette.

This family has a friendly golden doodle, no care will be needed other than perhaps letting out to pee on occasion. Their will be cameras in all of the children areas to ensure the safety of the children. If you’re looking for a long-term role in a warm, supportive family environment, we’d love to hear from you!
