Full-time Nannies - Permanent Placement
Regardless of whether full-time or part-time, a professional nanny exercises outstanding judgment while lovingly partnering with the family to manage all aspects of childcare. Professional nannies handle with ease such complimentary responsibilities such as meal preparation, engaging children with various developmentally-appropriate activities, arranging fun outings/play dates, managing school drop-off/pick-up, assisting with sleep routines, offering homework support, adhering to a schedule, helping with pet care, and performing light-housekeeping.

| Commitment | All candidates will be willing to commit to a minimum of 1 year We only provide candidates for you that are willing to guarantee a 1-year commitment minimum to families. |
| Initial Registration Fee | $300 (non-refundable, deducted from the final placement fee) |
| Final Placement Fee | Based on 12% of the nanny’s anticipated gross wage for one year ($2,000 minimum).
*This fee is one-time only and is due when nan official job offer has been made to a CPN candidate and must be paid before the nanny’s start date with the family. |

CPN performs exhaustive due diligence to be sure that we are selecting the right fit from the very beginning. It is a rare event that a nanny does not work out within those first few months. But, just in case, we offer a replacement period with credits of the placement fee paid up to that point.
