Family Assistants
A Family Assistant focuses on easing the parents’ workloads by assisting with light-housekeeping, laundry, household organization, grocery shopping, light pet care, transportation, and miscellaneous tasks upon request. These individuals may work alongside one or both parents. Family assistants are efficient and wonderfully supportive. As a result, families often find relief and extra time to spend with their loved ones on a day-to-day basis.

| Commitment | All candidates will be willing to commit to a minimum of 1 year We only provide candidates for you that are willing to guarantee a 1-year commitment minimum to families. |
| Initial Registration Fee | $300 (non-refundable, deducted from the final placement fee) |
| Final Placement Fee | Based on 12% of the family assistant’s anticipated gross wage for one year ($2,000 minimum).
*This fee is one-time only and is due upon the family assistant’s start date with the family. |

| Back-up Care | 1 Year of complimentary temp. family assistant placement to fill in during your new family assistant’s vacation or sick days* |
*Client still expected to pay their family assistant the temp family assistant hourly rate for their vacation/sick instances.
CPN performs exhaustive due diligence to be sure that we are selecting the right fit from the very beginning. It is a rare event that a placement does not work out within those first few months. But, just in case, we offer a replacement period with credits of the placement fee paid up to that point.
