Become a Savvy Sitter
We’re always looking for reliable, caring, and experienced sitters to join our temporary and on-call team. If you love working with children, creating meaningful connections, and supporting families when they need it most, we’d love to meet you.
Below is what we look for in all of our Savvy Sitters:
Requirements:
• 18+ years old
• 1–2 years of childcare experience (babysitting, nannying, daycare, camps, teaching, etc.)
• Reliable transportation
• Clean background check & driving record
• Strong, positive childcare references
• Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willing to obtain)
• Face-to-face interview with our team
• Attendance at an agency orientation to review expectations and standards
