Our sitters are not really sitters. Confused? We just mean that Capitol Park Nannies’ Temp. Division provides only pre-screened, professional nannies available for short-term employment. This division includes on-call back-up care and date night care. Families have unique flexibility and peace of mind, as they’re able to contact the agency with last-minute care needs and receive seasoned professionals for anywhere from one evening, sitter-style engagements, to short-term engagements of a few weeks, to temp. nanny engagements — which may be up to ninety (90) days or more.

Hours Minimum of 4 hours per booking
Typical Salary $30+ / Hour
Commitment 4 Hour minimum commitment to be paid to nanny whether or not the full four hours are utilized.
Booking Fee $50 Per Nanny Booking Fee

Nannies are to be paid in full at the end of their shift. Agency booking fee due before the start of services.

Commitment Assignments are short term by nature.  Can vary from 1 day engagement (min. of 4 hrs) up to several months (max. of 90 days).*
Annual Registration Fee $150 (Registration Fee paid annually)
Agency Fee

Fee based on 20% of the nanny’s gross compensation for the engagement with a $25.00 per day minimum, billed weekly and per engagement.

$25 Late booking fee (flat rate) for bookings made with less than 72 hours notice.

Example:

A $30/hr experienced nanny works for your family for a 2 day engagement on Thursday and Friday. The nanny works 8 hours on Day 1 (Thursday), and then 4 hours on Day 2 (Friday).

Gross nanny compensation per day:
• Thursday: $240 ($30/hour x 8 hours)
• Friday: $120 ($30/hour x 4 hours)

Agency Fee per day:
• Thursday: $48 (20% of $240)
• Friday: $25 (20% of $120 = $24. Minimum per day = $25.)

Total Agency Fee for the engagement: $73.
