Over the years, families that we’ve partnered with for nanny placement and childcare positions have sought our help with additional, non-childcare-related staffing needs. Because of our mission to thoroughly solve the family’s needs with the perfect staffing placements – regardless of need – we turned this into our full-fledged CPN General Staffing Division. Our General Staffing Division leverages the same care, partnership, attentiveness, diligence, and thoroughness we’re broadly known for with childcare-related placement in order to serve the more diverse staffing needs of our partnering families and clients.
General staffing encompasses staffing positions that are not inherently childcare-oriented, and that fill the widely varying needs of our partnering family members, households and businesses. Some of the positions filled through our General Staffing Division include:

We often place dual role positions, such as positions performing both chef and housekeeper responsibilities and match candidates to specific location, skill-base, responsibility-expertise, and personality-alignment to be sure that your CPN General Staffing need is completely met with the same standards we’ve become the go-to for in the nanny industry.

Typical Salary | Rate varies widely based on role, experience, and scope of duties/responsibilities. |
Commitment | All candidates for permanent placement are pre-screened and are willing to commit to a minimum of 1 year |
Initial Registration Fee | $150 (non-refundable, deducted from the final placement fee) |
Final Placement Fee | Based on 10% of the position’s anticipated gross wage for one year ($1,500 minimum).
*This fee is one-time only and is due upon the candidate’s start date with the family — after CPN has helped compose the professional work agreement for the family and after CPN has provided the full dossier of all of the candidate’s background checks, immunizations, screens, and verifications — a key difference in the quality and clarity CPN provides versus other agencies. |

CPN performs exhaustive due diligence to be sure that we are selecting the right fit from the very beginning. It is a rare event that a candidate does not work out within those first few months. But, just in case, we offer a replacement period with credits of the placement fee paid up to that point.
